Service Agreement
By scheduling a service, the customer agrees to allow our technicians access to the property to perform the requested work safely and efficiently.
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on system condition, accessibility, or additional work required.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods at the time of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide
at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or system issues unrelated to the cleaning service.
Work Guarantee
All our work is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can address the issue.
Safety & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to HVAC systems, vents, and service areas.
